Every workstation is backed up automatically: full-disk images for fast recovery plus versioned file backups, stored offsite on infrastructure we run.

Scheduling a backup isn’t the same as having one. We monitor every machine’s last good backup and chase down the ones that fall behind.

Missing critical updates are the most common way in. We track patch status across every endpoint and close the gaps.

MFA on email and admin accounts, everyday users out of local admin, and shared passwords moved into an encrypted vault.
